hi i have a code 23 that is on my sled since i give it its first oil chage i went through the steps to clear the code 61 says 00 but 62 says 1 and i tried up and down on the hand warmers and every time i turn it on yellow light comes on and code 23 is still there any ideas

i just did my first oil change on my sled and now when i start it yellow light stays on and code 23 appears what have i done wrong and how do i fix it
