Nope - it’s wrapped the correct way 3-3 clockwise. After running it I can slide the belt through the clutch then the helix comes back. Still doesn’t explain the rollers not touching.

Ran the sled on a stand. After running 1 roller is touching the helix and the other 2 freely spin. Also helix does not completely return to the washer. About 1/8” gap which leaves the belt low in the secondary. I’m at a loss.

I have not ran it on a stand - I will try that. Yes spring was replace with the TP spring.

Not sure what to do next - replaced the secondary rollers and helix from Thunder Products. One of the rollers is not touching the ramp. OEM rollers and helix was the same.
