Yes this is what I purchased end of season and waiting for. They finally got back to me today and all is good, they are just behind and busy with summer toys. So hopefully soon.
With the lack of snow for trail riding this year been out on the lake more hanging out with DMCturbo and a couple other guys with the big Gap turbo’s. Very impressive turbo even on pump gas, very mid 140s capable in 1320 in trailish form or more.
I think you said you blew a belt? So this can happen. Usually sled runs rough but guess depends if shim all way out? If your cams are out good time to do your intake leak test again no air will be going through head now. Good luck.
Yes some will run higher for sure depends on strength of your stock spring. And not sure if different headers make a difference but my only experience is with TD header.
Seems like your sled is working pretty good? In the boost leak test you should be able to see it hold more than 18psi if get engine in correct spot but always a bit leaking it seems at valves, never all closed. Are you running the stock turbo waist-gate? With the header and free flowing muffler...
I think you have proven you have 2 bad controllers unless you have wired the new one wrong, and I am sure you have checked that to be sure a few times by now.
This is an odd one for sure! I would have done same as you and purchased the controller elsewhere and wired in the Gap harness, should work fine. Do you measure about 3 ohms on your heater pins on your sensors? Check your chassis and engine grounds on your sled? Try powering your controller from...
As you likely know the green light I believe should be on solid after warmup. Check directions for your controller how the lights are flashing means something fault wise. If you have ruled out o2 sensor as problem and have good power to your controller your controller is likely faulty. It’s also...
127 is doable. I would keep your rpm where it is unless you need more gearing. Keep in mind I think your data log speeds are off your Speedo so you are likely a bit slower. I have had a best of 130 on ice this year in 1000 on Max 20.
I Refer to boost mostly as HP who knows? With good 93 and boostane you can run 20lbs of boost, I wouldn’t run it 3 miles down the lake WOT but if you are sensible it will work. With the header you won’t see much more than 18lbs unless you go with the upgraded waistgate the venders offer.
if I’m understanding your question correctly. Can you not adjust track with outside wheels on then take them off and tighten axel then put wheels back on?
What I mean is can you run a lower boost tune, do you have Max spool 17? If you can run at say 17lbs this would tell you your waste gate is working And releasing boost to follow tune. just curious if you are stuck at 20lbs no matter what tune you are running.
