I was just talking to my machinist at work the other day about fitting a positive displacement blower to my nytro instead of turbo charging it as it would allow instant throttle response and then i see this. Let me know what the kits are going to cost and if you are going to need any other sleds...
It can't hurt to have the addition of oil to prevent rust on cylinders/rings while in storage!
Summer is a tough storage season more so than winter as winter is dry and usually prevents these things, the whole reason for fogging a sled is to prevent rust from forming during the harsh...
i don't see how that would be a down side of having a long track (xtx), i have done that on a shorty as well....looks more like just a really rough landing! glad your okay now time to throw a cat skid in it so you never have that problem again!
You will love the chassis but hate the engine in comparison to the nytro, be sure to get the racewerks or similar front bumper to protect that expensive front end. let us know what you think after you get some seat time!

I have 7200 miles on my nytro but where we ride (backcountry/mountains) 50 miles is a ton so i would say she is doing pretty good,all my 2 smokers would have had 2 engine rebuilds by now
