So I am running a 2 inch track on my Nytro XTX and swapped out my top gear to a 19 tooth. I was wondering if it would be benificial to run my secondary clutch spring in the 9 hole or leave it stock.

2011 Nytro Nice job. Looks sweet. I have the same sled. Here is what I did to mine. 2 inch track, 19 tooth top gear, slydog skis, powder coated front end, white skid plate, mountain addictions track rack, low windshield, 2 inch riser, stage 2 clutch kit.

Top gear swap to work better with larger track.

I think its going to stay the way it is now. I tried to put the side pieces on that cover up the yamaha lettering but had not luck. I am going to leave it the way it is.

You can delete the Monster logo. Its got an option when you choose your colors to choose what color logo you want or to delete it.

http://spiralusdesign.com/. Them come with the side pieces that have the Monster Energy logo on them and cover up the Yamaha decal. I just haven't put mine on yet. I will most likely in the next week or so.

http://www.spiralusdesign.com/. Check them out. They dont have that many wraps for the nytro but the ones they do have are pretty sweet. They also do custom work where if you send them some pics they can make up something completely custom.

I believe stock top gear on the 2011 XTX is already 21 tooth. So should I go down to 20 tooth top and leave the bottom at 39? Also would I require a new chain or just adjust the tension?

I am looking to pull the trigger on a turbo kit for my 2011 Nytro XTX. I am from Manitoba and would primarily be riding here so I would need a lower sea level set up. I suggest a set of slide kicks. They are awesome. I have a set on my XTX. They are great because you can leave them down all the time. They flip around when in reverse and dont mess anything up. Well worth the $100 bucks that forsure.

I have a set of the Slydog Powderhound 7 inch ones and I like them. Good flotation and pretty good on hard pack.
