I’m doing a service on a 2022 that has the powder metal gear. 4200 miles and the teeth are seriously showing wear , in my pic there’s a good refurb on the left and the new powder metal gear on the right with 4200 miles.

Your sure your shock is installed right. The lower dog lag it ahead like in my photo. I’ve seen installed with the shock back closer to the track. It’s an easy mistake while the skid is out

I’ve changed the thermostat on two of them now doing the same thing. It fixed both. But you really should address the water pump impeller. I had a nytro come in years ago that would intermittently over heat and it was the impeller spinning. Also these sleds are awful for air locking...

Update **. Fixed the issue. Sensor on the chain case had come loose , re siliconed the sensor and good to go. Moderator can delete if not helpful.

Has anyone here come across the scenario where the sd-08 code comes up going into reverse but the sled goes in and out of gear fine. It has a new actuator - new chain and gears and seems to operate perfect in reverse and forward. Thanks ahead of time.
