Back out one side (side A) about 1/2" slip a 12mm open end wrench over the threads and tighten the bolt onto the wrench. You should be able to loosen the other side now (side B). Go back to side A, should be able to loosen bolt, remove wrench, and back the bolt all the way out. Doug
