It ended up being a bad wire on the oil sending unit.

Just had a thought. Do you think it would make a difference if I drained the oil and refilled from the top end instead of the tank?

You don't need to remove that. I am starting to wonder if it may be a bad sensor and how to test it.

Well just tried what you said and still getting error code 30. I even tried blowing into tank while it was running. I did not see anything moving in tank with it running either. Put some oil in the top end also. Anybody want to buy a Apex or trade? :o|

Yes it is an Apex 2007. I love the sled but am getting frustrated. I ran it at about 6000 rpm when I revved it up.

I tried revving it up and it still shuts down. I also started it and pulled the small return line to the oil tank off, did not get any oil. I do get oil out of that line if I blow into the tank. Sounds like an expansive fix is coming. :o|

Changed oil to get ready to ride. It starts and runs for 30 seconds then stops with code 30. Code 30 is drop in oil pressure. I checked all connections (oil pressure and tank) and all appear ok. I tried pulling a line off the T to the oil tank and blowing into oil tank (several times) and...
