Thought i would throw a update on here. I did the rivets by hand it was no prob and the least of my probs. I'm not mechanically inclined but i would say it was way easier than expected and the only tough part was wiggling the old bulkhead out and the new one in. Thanks again for the tips guys
Ya i will be getting the saver soon after i get it together. Thanks for the tip wilbust, no men arcs up here but hope to find something and ya going to have a close look at everything while i am in there
Wow thanks for all the great replies. I was hoping to change my mind and do the barnofparts fix but the back is broken also. I'm hoping to start tomorrow if my bulkhead arrives and this post will help allot with the rivets. Thanks again
Hey I'm doing my left bulkhead on my 06 and am stumped on what rivets i should get. I read on here 20 black and 40 natural but when i called the dealer they said they are showing it will use 5 different types of rivets. Can anyone that has done this let me know what to get because I'm trying to...
In case anyone has the same prob and reads this it is my relays. I threw a heat gun in there today and worked perfect. Time to upgrade to red relays i guess
Please tell me where you would start. Just started 04 warrior and starts and runs fine but no lights at all. No gauges head or brake. Hand warmers would not adjust last time we were out but dont know if that would have anything to do with it. Thanks
I have not figured much out. Like maim said i prob had moisture in them and they froze up. They have been good since so i am going to get them redone in the summer
Just took a hair dryer to them and got about 3 inches so i am going to go for a rip and see if they stick again. Does this mean i have moisture and should get them recharged or something?
Hey guys just got a 06 apex mountain and today i noticed my sled sits really low and only have about a inch of travel in my shocks and i cant move them. My warrior sits way higher and has about 4 inches. I'm lost please help. And thanks
Hey guys my belt slips in deeper snow but the sled is great on hardpack. Its a real bad slip like trying to get out of the stubble at 30k. The springs in the clutches are visually good and it looks dry in therre so i dont think i am getting snow on them. I dont know what else to check. Thanks...
