About the turbo there is a boost control on it it can boost 5 pounds or 21 over 12 will cook the motor blow rods it's adjustable.

I just got off the phone with yamaha cananda and they don't care and said it's my problem and the dealers problem the dealer is independent and they don't regulate there quality of service so basically yamaha dealer can distort your sled and head office will do nothing for you

Took my apex mcypress turbo 270 hp 12 psi. For an oil change dealer didnt tighten oil drain plug one ride went Good next ride bolt fell out drained oil . Stalled towed it back ...
They put new oil in it said they looked it over all good..
Next day try and ride turbo is blown..
Took it back...
All this because I got an oil change and they didn't tighten the bolt I hope my turbo isn't blown. My sled has left me stranded 3 times in 3 years all three were the day I picked it up from the dealer.. . Thanks kelowna yamaha
I can see that I hope not! I think the turbo would take damage faster then the motor I could be wrong . Now what about the dealer ship that caused this problem I feel like I am going to get totally screwed here
