no i meant the little reverse chain -i whacked the shaft over a little with a block of wood and a hammer -must have been pushed over when the guy took it out of the other sled. alls well though put it back together and everything is workin as it should. ordered the new oil tube just waiting for...

got a new reverse gearbox today and the chain is rubbing on the side plate?there dosnt seem to be any adjustment . any help would be great

nope i took the reverse servo off then pushed the motor up enough to get the reverse gear box to just fit by the exhaust port(it was touching it if that explains how tight it was)for re- asembly im going to maybe take all the motor mount bolts out to make it a easier job - first yamaha sled...

In the same boat- i took the long bolt that holds the motor in place out then pushed/pry the engine up enough to clear the exhaust port very frustrating.
