I have the assembly apart from the handle bar but it won’t slide out of the assembly because the blue rocker switch is in the way. I don’t want to break it. Has anyone taken the rocker arm off to take the switch apart to clean?

Yep 5 mph by a stop sign, was not visible. Looks like the spindle doesn’t lean back as much as the other side and the low a arm got a little back, not horrific but compared to other side has issues. When snow melts off sled will look over bulkhead a little better

Right ski caught the track and kicked sled sideways and skis swung to the left. Handlebars still straight and I didn’t see bulkhead damage. The angles of the a arms and spindles aren’t the same as the right side now when comparing to the left side. I’ll probably ride till Season is over. Anyone...

Greta thanks, great info and great website you linked. So that transfer rod is slop? I didn't get any adjustment tool with it either. I also notice wear where the pivot arm attaches is there a fix to that as well. Once again thanks a lot , it's summer and there someone out there that can help.

2004 warrior with only 2100 miles. Happened last year almost like hitting a brink wall at 6000 rpm can use choke to get it a little passed it but will back fire letting throttle off. Over summer cleaned out 3 each jets in each carb think the the mains were it, but not to be took out today and...
