Thanks Turboflash! On my sidewinder, the XS was the only belts that would survive as well. The Tcat is a new build, and broke the 112 belt in half. I’ve ordered XS829’s, but delivery won’t be in time for Saturday’s race. I’m scrambling for a spare!

Hi all, for the Tcat guys here…can anyone confirm if the belts from 2017-2019 Thundercat/ZR9000’s are interchangeable? The part numbers are different, but I’m not aware of clutching changes between the 17-19 model years….thanks in advance.

Thanks. This is labelled as “Tornado”. I would guess the helix was made by Dalton. I don’t really understand how they work compared to a standard helix.

Is the 1.575 stud going to be long enough on your 1.50 track? Sure doesn’t leave much penetration, but that depends on your riding/conditions. Have you considered something like the Warthog 1.70’s from SnoStuds?

You could always cut your track down by 1/4-3/8". I've done it several times with a straight edge and a Sawzall. Sharpen the back side of a Sawzall blade on a grinder. Takes 20-30 minutes total.

Like Bob said, there is a factory plug located under the tank shroud, just to the left of the fuel cap. My 19 was pre wired for a tether. I also bought the Cat magnetic tether. Super easy instal.
