Ok powderlites. Your right, it HAS to run better than it does with the POS Boon Box!!

yup, what pro116 said.
Also the back part of the seat I did myself. Just bent up some aluminum and riveted it on. Couldn't afford to put any more money into this thing to put a light seat on.
Shame on me, but I never rode it with the stock ski's. I put the simmons on the first thing...
Rolled mine about 30 times also. Fired right up. With the fuel injection there really is no flooding problems. On another note, the plastic on these apex's don't handle wrecks well. I had plastic scattered every where.
Same here Ken except for the seat. Decided I spent enough and will work on the light weight stuff next year. Where does a guy get the one piece hood? I am going to try and rig my stock setup into a one piece deal and keep the light. Comes in handy sometimes.
Ken Climb: I plan on taking my brace out. Never seen a sled before that needed something like that. When is your turbo coming? Mine will be here next week.
Couldn't tell if it hit or not. Maybe it hit the exhaust pipe clamps under there??
What is going on inside the handlebars. Some kind of insert?? I was going to shoot some foam in there but thought I better not. Hhhmmmm....
