I like that idea but what about the 2 bottom bolts? Just get them short enough that they don’t bottom out?

Decided to do my own service this year seeing as i just retired. When i removed shield over exhaust to my surprise a broken exhaust bolt. I'm comfortable drilling and tapping out the remaining bolt but would like to do it with turbo removed. Do i have to remove the whole turbo or can i loosen...
