Is there a vacuum created at high boost? Or high velocity of air ?

Ya I haven’t done an big mile trips this season so maybe that has something to do with it Well it’s a good idea I hope these issues get resolved

These sleds your finding these on do they have any additional venting up front? I have two vents up front in addition to knee vents which may help keep temps down.

Crap Gotta dig into mine and recheck after my last trip. Wonder if there is a more heat resistant material he could print them out of?

Great work! Still using yr expandable shaft saver on my 2018. Seems to be working fine although I haven’t taken it apart in a while. Definitely a good option to have

Any opinions on oil change timing? Better to change at the end of the season or in the fall? I usually start the sled up once a month in the offseason and let the engine warm up to operating temperature

Current thundercat 22-23k? My guess is if it does happen it will cost north of that after tune up and mods even more. Hope it happens but I’ll have to wait a few years and get a used one if I’m not too old and crusty to ride by that time lol

If yr talking about the nipple next to the turbo on the plastic crossover intake tube from the air filter. I just put a rubber cap on it

idk. Mine seems to be holding up fine. Aside from the initial problem I had clearancing the coolant line everything looks good and sled had been running great. I’ll just keep an eye on it
