Yes the washers are 1.2 g. I’ll add 1 washer per bolt and try that, thanks for your info.

I’ve got 2 23 riots with Tapp and STM secondary, one has green spring in secondary in middle hole with a medium bolt with no washers , on 280 it revs 9150, other one has white spring in middle hole with shortest bolt in Tapp, hits rev limiter, on 280, I’m thinking of adding 4 washers per roller...

It could be residual from the oil change, wipe all oil off, make sure ,if you can check drain plugs. Wipe them off good, then re check them
