    Big Wheel Kit?!?

I prefer deep snow, hills, ravines. I want to install 10-inch wheels made of high molecular weight polyethylene grade PE9000, as indicated on the manufacturer's label. To me, it's just plastic wheels. I want to understand if this material is suitable for me, or do I need aluminum? In your...

    38 inch front-end on B-TX

I am also looking into converting the A-arms to 36" or 38". We have this kit for sale with forward extension and shock spacers for the Arctic Cat M800/M 8000. Can anyone tell me if this will fit? My shocks have a reservoir that sticks out too much and can interfere with the upper control arms...

    Belt problem critique please

Hi guys. I plan to avoid belt burnout this season. I want to buy a set of coils and springs for standard sleds from pefi or henergy. I also need new adjustable weights, since I have a RPM limitation due to 21/49 gears. I considered a couple of options, maybe someone can help me select the...

    Belt problem critique please

Unfortunately, these sleds are not common in our country. Therefore, we have to look for spare parts. A lot has to be ordered from other countries, and the wait is very long. There are many parts from Arctic Cat, Viper, Nytro. But it's unclear what part numbers fit the Sidewinder.

    Belt problem critique please

After driving through deep snow the clutch gets hot and I can't hold my hand. I have to stop periodically and open the side cover to let the clutch cool down. There are no traces of rubber on the clutch. Traces remain after the belt breaks. On a standard spring, the belt whistled when I sharply...

I have a regular sled. No tune. Driving through deep snow through the hills. The weight - 8LR, but I haven't weighed it. I can disassemble the primary clutch and find out the weight. Belt problem critique please

By removing 2 mm from the secondary coupling and bushing, I achieved a displacement of ~59 mm. Should I try trial trips in this case? Or do I need to avoid sliding as shown in the link?
