Are you sure? The largest I saw quoted was 11.250".
The plastic rollers are made from Torlon, which is a much stronger, wear-resistant material than what came stock on the Arctic Cat clutches.

The gear reduction in the RX-1 is 1.1935:1, so that means 10,500 engine RPM would be 8,798 drive clutch RPM.
My vehicle is also geared using the same 8:1 gearbox as K-Fab. My rear tire diameter is 31". Using the online gear...

Well, it appears like we have several things working against us when trying to use the sled clutching in our machines. Either the engagement RPM is too high, the max RPM is too low, or the shift speed is too slow (shallow helix) for use in a desert car.

My dealer in AZ showed me a letter from Carlisle about the Ultimax XS belt. Carlisle is replacing ALL XS belts (new or used--doesn't matter) and they will send you back TWO of the Ultimax 3 belts to cover the additional cost.
