Gents, thanks for the suggestions...a little sea foam did the trick, plus above freezing temps for a day or two, she fired right up. I missed that sweet little purr!!
Is the battery in an 06 Apex gt 12V? I got it stuck in deep snow in the middle of now where with my owners manual in it, and i can't remember the Volts of the battery. need to know for a winch i bought. :o| :o|
They are a consumable part. Some last longer than others. I think the trick is to make sure you have agood tight fit there. Some have even gone to hi temp silicone to ensure a leak proof fit. Check this out... :Rockon:

I live in alberta and had my shock back in 4 days rebuilt and revalved to my ride weight and style for less than 100 bones! :Rockon:
My wire broke about 2 inches from the black cap on the shock. I spliced it back together and works fine again. I did reroute the wire as per an update from yamaha when i was done. ;)!
What else do we expect in Canada...162USD is close to 400CAD after exchange, GST, PST and whatever else we accept as OK here in the Great white north. :exc:
