My tps is showing 2.4 deg .6v at idle and 76.0 3.5v wot. It should be 0 at idle and 80 wot I believe?Idle is erratic on it and doesn’t idle well when cold. Anyone have tps issues? Thanks

Found it! the black connector for the kill switch at the bottom of the steering post was stuck together because one of the pins melted inside and lost connection. I don't know why it melted, but it is fixed now. I cut the ends off the black connector, bypassing it and soldered together...

I found 3 or 4 ground blocks and they didn't appear to be corroded, but I will dig some more and double check... Thanks for all of the ideas!

Checked the fuse and swapped it with another and nothing. I'm thinking it has to be a rubbed wire in the harness somewhere...Still weird that it was running fine and lost power after it was shutoff.

I checked the ignition switch again an replaced it with one that I know works...and nothing. If I unplug the ignition and jump the red and blue/white wires together then i get the fuel pump and gauges to turn on.

strange, I wonder what is causing the high idle pressure?

fuel pressure is 48psi when pump is on and drops to 40 when it shuts off. It holds 40psi when off. If I pinch the line it climbs steadily. Seems to be working, but the 48psi running is high, right?
