So we decided to stay up one more day. It idles around 1500rpm, I loosened up the cable to make sure the TORS wasn't doing it, I may try the idle screw adjustment later, it's not the easiest to access without pulling everything off. I will report back later. JG

No running the battery is actually 12.5 or so with the machine off.

I will pull mine today , I thinks ours are already a Mosfet style. I certainly don't want to cause another worry or upgrade thread, I just want to know if I am missing something or some test before I buy one as this seems like an odd problem of a regulator going out. JG

I am guessing the slit has to be before the rollover valve, if the valve freezes the pressure goes out the slit....
