Has +1 rollers installed and comes with new unused +2 rollers and full tuning hardware as well as clutch holding tool and mounting bolt. Clutch is setup for arctic cat belt width and can be reshimmed for yamaha belt by tapp or most tapp dealers like...
I have not tried the 6.9’s on this sled or any of the past winders. Was considering trying them for next season though as I used to really like the handling characteristics of those skis back when I had a renegade. They were predictable and I dont remember much darting except a little near the...
Right now I just return to the factory proclimb 7g2 ski that came on the riot. They work ok at best for cornering grip but they track well and are predictable atleast. They work decent on hardpack and decent in fresh snow with minimal tracks or snow with lots of traffic through it as long as its...
I still have mixed feelings with them and they arent on my sled currently. I threw them on for a few days last week and spent several mornings just making adjustments and testing. In softer conditions and looser stuff they work decent. They track ok and without a doubt they turn well and will...
Ive heard they are very plush but soak up the big stuff when ridden hard. Friend of mine had one last year and said the rear suspension was unlike anything he’s ridden.
If you want ride quality then lynx is probably the best it gets overall. Their rear suspension is incredible. My only other choice I would accept or have some lnterest in would be lynx xterrain 900R and Im hoping it doesnt come to that.
You can also try 2 of the +2 rollers and 2 of the +1 rollers if the +2 rollers give you what you want but end up being a bit too much weight. You may end up having to add a little helix like knapp mentioned earlier to get it to your liking.
Walbro gss342 pump same as what TD sells but guaranteed pefi is sourcing genuine pumps. Really nice setup and nice electrical connector at the pump. I have not had any issues with their setup either.
Yes Daltons but I dont remember grams and they wouldnt correspond with your heavy hitters anyway.
Not too speak for fleecer but Im quite certain his 3-3 wrap with black tan is with gboost belt. 3-3 might be a bit much for ultimax depending on the helix. Never know till you try though.
Its been a while since I had yamaha clutches but I never cared for the black orange much. It worked amazingly well for my wife at 6-1 with 35 helix on td powertrail 825 belt. Not so much for me. I always ran black tan at 50 with 35 helix and 825 belt. Clean clutches all the time and nice linear...
Ya not sure, I started with minimal toe out of about 1/16 per ski and worked my way up to 1/4” per ski and not much effect. My sleds a 146 so not much ski pressure to begin with but increased center shock preload and this helped reduce darting on deceleration but minimal effect under normal...
I have put some time on the command skis this year and my review is mixed. On softer conditions they track decent and dart minimally. They turn well and are predictable. With lower snow conditions and very cold weather the conditions are very firm and the darting and tracking increases a fair...
Yes I forgot there is an orange black spring for cat secondary. Did you get the dalton weights from hurricane? If so Dave at hurricane uses yamaha daltons instead of the adapt specific daltons. The yamaha daltons have a flatter profile then the cat specific weights and would require more mass so...
Yes on yamaha clutches that could be correct which is what your referring to because you mention orange black secondary…….wont be anywhere near that with properly working adapt clutch.
You shouldnt be anywhere near those weights with an adapt unless your running a coil spring from a 1/2 ton pickup for a primary spring or have a setup with wicked wicked pressure in secondary. Those weights you listed are closer to what would be run in the previous team clutch. Adapt typically...
Riding everyday from middle/end of december to end of march was a given here in northern maine except for last winter and so far this winter. Ihad all sleds serviced and ready to ride by end of october and we got a few burns in on the old railbeds and then it dissapeared. If its not going to get...
