    Gap closed loop tuning!!

After calling TD today I found out that I was running an early version of the dash flash. Once they had updated my files and I reflashed it, I finally had the large AFR reading and Boost reading.

Need help choosing Boost and AFR gauges

I didn't have the sled much longer after installing. I wouldn't use that location again. It was difficult to keep the gauges from fogging up. I was able to read them when riding hard through trails however when crossing lakes at high speeds it was difficult.

    Lighted Heated Seat Switch

I used 1 watt resistors. I don't know if the physical dimensions have anything to do with it but the OEM resistors are a 1/3 of the size. I got the switches from rockerswitchpros.com.

    Lighted Heated Seat Switch

Yes, those are the new resistor values. It does feel like a normal low, especially on long steady pulls with a constant rpm.

    Lighted Heated Seat Switch

Here is a wiring diagram for the switch I used. I didn't use stock resistor values as the temps were too hot for me even on very cold days. Its nice to give back to a forum for which I have gotten so much info from in the past 10 years.

    Lighted Heated Seat Switch

I ordered higher resistance resistors (3.9k and 4.7k) as the stock low setting can be too hot and ordered a new rocker switch body with 2 red LEDs and an etched switch cover. To make it work I'm going to take 12v power and neg from the seat connector on the main harness side and bring it to the...

    Lighted Heated Seat Switch

Here is a picture of the inside of the OEM switch. The resistors are very small, I think 1/4 watt.
