I spoke too soon, Mine came loose on Sat. The dealer just put a new bulkhead and lower balljoints on it 700 miles ago, I expect they didn't tighten it hard enough. My spindle is junk, but good thing I have an extra. I expect it would be covered under warranty since they just worked on it.

I haven't had an issue, but I had my balljoints apart at 1000 miles, so I know they were tightened right. There was a sled at Powersports 1 in Kaukauna a few weeks ago that had that same problem. I have an extra pair of '09-up spindles if anyone needs one.

The 5mm larger doo wheels fix the problem. The low snow wheels are a band-aid.

I got 4600 miles out of mine without fixing a thing. Few upgrades helped. At 4600 miles my front end was worn out. Motor is great. If you upgrade a few things it is a good sled.
