2005 rs rage 120 genesis

Hey all. I am new to this page. I recently picked up an 05 rage with only 620 miles. It sat in my cousins barn unused for the last 10 years. He paid to have a dealer get it running. It runs, just not to its potential. When riding I can only get it up to 7000 rpm or about 65mph. Is this the sleds...
