apex mono shock

I just bought a 2011 Yamaha Apex basic and noticed that the mono spring is black which I believe is a stronger spring than the silver spring that comes on the sled. I'm wondering if with my weight(170 lbs) if it will be too stiff even on the lowest setting. Does anyone have a chart for the Black...
