fuel pump power relay gas

As you may have guessed by the title I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump. I've already replaced all 4 of the relays in the foot well and cut out and soldered the ground blocks. If I add a small amount of gas to throttle bodies manually I can get the sled to run very briefly. How do I...
