hyfax problem

2012 yamaha apex, having problem with my hyfax getting cut at bottom n it split into 2 pieces. Put new 1 on and in 200 miles it split again. Other hyfax was worn down as if it had 4000miles on it. Don't see anything on track that would be doing this. Has any body out there ever have this...
