isolater

I have recently purchased a 2011 Apex and I am getting it ready for the season....and I found the 2 top isolator mounts on the oil tank have broken, rubber has separated....is it standard for the oil tank to have rubber isolaters for the oil tank? I cannot find them on any parts...
