jetting

I'm looking to set up my carbs on my 2003 RX-1 to the elevations I run (3000-5000) Has anyone bought the no name carb kit off ebay or do you get it elsewhere? I had read last year the screw setting was 2 1/2 out now I'm seeing 1 3/4-2? Does anyone have a video link to syncing the carbs with a 4...
