nytro suspension

Hello, I’m new to four strokes and have just got my self a 2010 Yamaha nytro fx. I was wondering what’s the best way to adjust the shocks (front and rear) for me. I weigh 150 and am 5’8. Thank you for your time.

Hey new to the site here been a Yamaha owner for 16 years. Got a 04 warrior 136" wanting to extend it to 144" or 151" track. Was wondering if anyone ever tried putting in a 2010 nytro suspension in the warrior?
