problem

High exhaust temps since day one. Right side panel now has a hole in it. Reverse actuator melted stuck. I've added side and rear panel venting, wrapped header from engine to exhaust flange. Today I discovered the wrap was burnt to pieces and the fuel tank had started melting. Exhaust does rumble...

Comes and goes, kills my display too. It started happening after I tipped the sled last week. Haven't found any shorts. Checked every connector except the ones below/behind engine that are hard to reach. I don't have heated shield acc. I suspect oil got into the engine connectors... Ideas?

MCXpress 270 kit installed from shop, got it a year ago. Recently it's been coughing more and more, like I'm feeding it bad fuel. Thinking it's the fuel filter, but I'm not sure. Just did a service on it, changing oil and spark plugs, and nothing improved. It gets better when it's gotten warmer...
