y pipe exhaust

Morning all, So new to here. Thank you for all the great information. I have my 2012 Apex stripped down to replace the exhaust donuts. The two bolts that hold the front of the Y pipe just spin. My question is can I drill out the rivits that hold the mount on and just slide the y pipes back and...
