'03 RX1 Problem Max Speed 115 km/h

Starting this year, the best I can get out of my machine is 115 km/h @ 9000 rpm (max). This machine used to be able to get 180+ km/h. The machine is stock. Any suggestions where I should start looking.

Is there a way to test to narrow it down further?

I'd say clean your carbs. My dads Rx-1 was sudenly slower than my phazer one winter. cleaned the carbs and it was back to being normal again.
