04 RX-1 Skid

I've got a line on a brand new 04 RX-1 Skid. Thinking of buying to put under an SRX. What can you guys tell me about this year skid? How did it ride compared to the older proaction in the SRX? What are the pros and cons? Anyone run one in an SRX? What do you consider a good price for it to be?
