I have bad ski lift on my warrior, what setups have you tried. The sled is stock (studs) I'm about 180 lb.

Here's what worked for me: Reduce the upper gap in the control rods as far as the specifications allow. Drive it. Open up the gap a bit at a time until you find a sweet spot. This worked for me with the limiter strap fully extended. However, if this doesn't work, there are several other posts on this site that may provide some insight.

I believe Welterracer went to a 13 mm swaybar. There is a post on it.

If you don't have the 13 mm sway bar, lower your front shock to no load when the sled is raised. This will lower your center of gravity. If that is not enough tighten up your front straps 1/2 inch and try it. If you crank front straps down don't forget to let of on your spring pressure on the front spring. Do one change at a time and try it. The heavier sway bar does help alot with the inside ski lift. Funny though most ex- Ski Doo riders never really minded the inside lift.

.... or ex-Cat riders either, and I still don't mind some on my Warrior.

If you drop the front preload, you MUST pull down the limiters, otherwise you will have no ski pressure, crazy tippiness, and tons of push.
