100 miles on sled blew my bogey wheels and track was ratcheting. Replaced bogey wheels and still track is ratcheting. Any ideas what would cause this?

My RS Venture track did the same thing when it was new, it really stretches alot the first few hundred miles. I think the 144 inch track adds to the stretching process. Just keep tightening it as you put miles on it and it will finally find it's groove at least mine did.

I question whether the track is ratcheting as well.
Usually a track will ratchet under heavy acceleration or heavy braking and not at a certain speed.
Sounds to me that something is rubbing under there.
Did tightening the track help any?

You better check your nuts!
I mean check the torque on the big nuts for your studs. Did you install them yourself? My understanding is that you need blue loctite for this application.
Also, tighten up your track.
