We rebuilt a vector motor just the bottom end. Any way we have it timed as per our vision from the internet and feel confident it is correct. It just does not want to start . we have spark and fuel. we are going to get a compression tester for it today to see if there is possiblt something with the vavlves or? it does have a shim in the head which appears tobe around 1/8 or better thick Any pointers from any one would be greatly appreciated . I'm no 4 stroker i'm just trying to help my sisters boy work through this thanks.
