Okay, I just picked up an 07 Apex MTX SE.
I believe it is clutched for a higher elevation.
I am riding at 1800 feet right now.
The sled is revving fairly high, like about 6500+ rpms just to maintain 10 or so MPH. This seems quite high for just putting along.
I put a Shockwave secondary on and have the rpms set to about 10,500 when WOT.
I don't know a thing about clutching and need some help.
It looks as though both the primary and secondary have black springs in them. Both springs are completely black.
Anybody know roughly what color springs I should be running at 1800 feet and can explain why it changes things?
This is a stock Apex MTX.
Thanks guys.

I looked in the Apex manual but all it shows is the clutching for 8-10000 feet. It doesn't have the big clutch chart in it.
