heads up on 07 inside idler wheels:
I had the original 06 inside rear idlers replaced at the start of the season with the new 07 replacement wheel. The originals had lost the rubber as has been mentioned in many previous posts.
This last week we put on about 1500 miles and had all 4 "new" wheels (2 on each sled) have the bearings fail and the wheels fall off with total mileage of 2000 to 2200 miles. You might want to keep an eye on your higher mileage 07 idlers! Luckily, I had 4 kimpex replacements to put on so I could finish my trip. Don't know how long the kimpex wheels will last, will have to wait an see.
You'd think yamaha could make decent wheels with replaceable bearings... grrr.
