08 Skid measurements

I was wondering if someone can get me some measurements on their stock 121" rear suspension.

I have this in a 98 SRX600 right now, but it does not transfer at all!

I would like to verify the following:

> Driver hole to front arm hole
> Top of tunnel to from arm hole
> Front arm hole to rear mount hole
> Top of tunnel to rear mount hole

I am thinking I have the front arm to high and not enough pressure
