Got to put 120 miles on yesterday on various types of conditions, from ice to snow pack to loose 10". On snow pack and loose snow it was the usual nice handling ripsaw. On ice it certainly is not like studs, as it tends to kick out a couple of feet under mid to wide open throttle, enough to startle you the first couple of times! Once this is noted, I came to accept it and was prepared for it the rest of the day. I think the track will be the cat`s meow as there is no noise or vibration from studs hitting wheels. Also the X1 pipe has the sweetest sound ever! Just for the record, no difference in gas milage, 19 mpg on Canadian gallons. 121.7 miles for 6.4 gallons. Note, the track stops quickly and straight on hard braking on ice, so it`s a thumbs up for the Iceripper !

Thanks ,04-Hemi. I have been debating on the ice ripper as opposed to the regular rip-saw.My studded rip-saw that I have now tore out a stud ,and I need to replace it. I like the fact that you noticed how much more quiet it is. Ill order one tomorrow.Thanks.
