Thinking of stretching my 07 Apex RTX to one of these lengths and would like to see pictures of your mods and whos kits & parts you may have used & track choices for a flat-lander/boondocker, pros/cons and any issues. Thinking of using Ulmers kit and purchasing a track from someone or TRACKS USA. Need input.
Thanks,
Rich K.

I'm going to 144 with mine. Looks like I'll be using a crossover track and Ulmers setup. The crossover has a decent pattern with a 1.5 inch lug. Not to high for trail use and looks good for off trail.

He has tracks usa rail ext and muffinworks tunnel ext.
Ya what Paul said, muffin works tunnel extention and very strong! I used track usa rail extension.
As for the hyfax. Bought the sled with 400 miles and tore it down without even riding it. They were brand new, decided not to purchase new until needed which was January in Muni during a backpack trip.
I around 180lbs and never touched the shocks. Been told the shocks will be too light and needed revalve. I have yet to do that. I like the softer ride and transfers like crazy!
