2 inch risers w/ pivot adapter??

Looking to put 2 inch power madd risers and pivot adapter on my 04 rx-1 will it work with stock cables,,,right now i just have a 1 inch risers im 6-4 any other ides would be great thanks

yes it will work, ive got same setup on my 03 rx1.

Thats 3 1/2 to 4 inches may be tight.

Jimmie it all depends on the typr of riser you go with.I had a 4"mountain machies piuvot riser on my vector I had no cable issues.I had to take out the cable guide.See the mtn machines pivots right at the base alot of other pivot riser have a block and then pivot's on top of that.With the mtn machines pivoting right at the base when you move it forward you get extra cable slack so you can go up to 4" max.

The riser he mentioned is 1 1/2" inches alone add the riser and you are at 3 1/2". he is not talking about a mountain machine.

I know I was just trying to tell hjim you can go higher with the stock cables it all depends on the brand.

Can i go with an additional 2" riser on top of what the stock apex has,and who makes the 2" and how much. Thanks

If you use an articulating riser rotated forward, 3-1/2" works because you are not raising it as much as you are moving it forward. The forward position gives you a little more room with the cables and brake line. I only did 2" as the 3-1/2 was on back order. I did check to see if the longer riser would work and it looked fine. Others have posted that they have done have used 3-1/2" articulating risers.

Long Time, I have a PM riser I'm not useing 3" (I'll have to measure it) also have 2 seats both blue and black one 05 and one with 5 inch build up, have pictures of both
