2003 rx1 mountain dry weight?

i was just wondering what is the dry weight of an 03 rx1 mountain. is it lighter than the apex mtn or the apex is lighter. i was just wonderingi have also saved a few pounds on mine by adding the aftermarket mpi tunnel ext and saddleless yamaha skis. let me know

RX-1 Mountain,

My shop manual says Dry Weight (267kg) (588.7lb)

See the posts from Kachess, he has done some amasing things with the RX-1. I put in a M7 skid and removed the heavy exhaust for an under the tunnel auto one. Saved around 50pds.

I don't think the shop manual is right because I weighed mine completly full of fluids ,ready to ride, when I got it in 2002 and it came to 715 pounds. Mine has reverse and it had the tool kit and spare belt in it when I weighed it. The fluids weigh about 83# , the reverse adds about 9# and the tools and belt are about 6# so deduct roughly 100# and you get 615 dry , Ken.
