Hi..

Looking at a 04 RX1 Warrior. How are these sleds? The milage is low, and the price seems right. How is the suspension, handling, and motor. I do alot of trail riding, and this will be my first 4-stroke.

Thanx... BigJonny ;)!

How many miles does it have on it and what are they asking for it. The 04 Warrior is a good machine and if you set the suspension up correctly it will give you a good ride. The only things that I would change personally are: install a set of Curve XS skis and depending on your riding style I would consider a different setup for clutching.

i love my 05 witch is almost identical to the 04.

set up right with ulmers/good clutching it is awsome in the trails.

love my curve skis as well.

I owned a 04 rx-warrior, my brother now owns it..

Great running sled, good handling (but you must add a 13mm swaybar) and it rides pretty darn good..

It also helps to upgrade to a different set of skis (anything other than stock)

Hello BigJonny, I to love my 04 Warrior but if your user name applies to you being a big guy the first thing you will notice is the pro action skid is WAY to soft as it is setup for a 170lb rider. You can get a big boy spring but i have not tried it my self so i am not sure how well it works, I am looking for a good deal on an expert x skid. The other thing to note is the factory skies are crap, but with a good set of aftermarket skies it handles way better .
So good luck with the purchase and you will never go back to two stroke again !

ADD THE WIDE FRONT END KIT AND YOU WILL NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE TRAILS AS FAR AS HANDLEING GOES

Outside of the oil-burning issue I,m happy with this sled and plan to keep it for a few more winters if it treats me well(got to check the exhaust donuts next month, cross my fingers).

Thanx for the replies guys... Sled has under 1000 miles, and looks clean from the pictures. Will check it out tomorrow in person.

BigJonny ;)!
