2007 Apex parts on 2003 RX-1

Can someone save me the trouble of looking up parts and let me know if the Jacksaft and Seat from a 2007 Apex will fit on a 2003 RX-1? I'm pretty sure the gas tank cover will need to be cut for the seat (and maybe electrical connector changed?) but is everything else the same?

just from looking at the part # it should be the same for the jackshaft other than maybay a materials change?
