2007 phazer with srx 700 clutch help

Looking for some help on a sled I just got its a 2007 phazer with an srx 700 in it the primary is not engaging all the way, it is engaging at about 4700 rpm and revving out at 9000 witch is too high I know that much, secondary seems fine it's engaging all the way any idea's would greatly be appreciated

When you say "reving out" do you mean it wont go higher? The Phazer doesn't hit the rev limiter until 12,200 if I remember right. Engagement about 3800 and best running wide open at 11500rpm. The weight profile in the 4 stroke is diff than 2 stroke so if that really is an SRX primary it would need Phazer clutch weights. Still need more in formation though as far as the existing weights (look on side of weight and see what the numbers are)

I think I didn't wright the posting correct it has a srx 700 motor in it with the srx primary clutch sorry for the confusion
