Also had the same issue with my XTX and MPI SuperCharger. I'm still using all the stock weights and spring. MPI sells a selection of steel rivets to replace the stock light weight ones. I'm using three of there heaviest rivets in all three weights. Works great now and was inexpensive.

Go with the ulmer one, I have ulmer clutching on my turbo sled, works great. He will give you a baseline which should be pretty close (if not perfect) and you can fine tune the clutch weights yourself for the correct rpm.

Yup. Ulmer clutch kit in mine and very happy with it. Way better then the mcx weights that came in the turbo kit.

P.S. I have some slightly used MCX weights for sale.

I have the same sled with the same question. Talked to Ulmer and he said 4 washers at heel, 2 at mid, and 4 at tip. Is thst each side of the arm or total? I did it on each side...8 at heel, 4 at mid and 8 at tip. Weighed the arm and its only 70g?? Is this correct?
